Wheelchair Accessible Israel

Having traveled around Israel all my life, I think it’s one of the most beautiful places on earth. It has so much to offer.
Since becoming a wheelchair user, I’ve learned that many of my favorite spots are no longer accessible to me.
Unfortunately, very little reliable accessibility information is available to a wheelchair traveler who wants to visit Israel. This is my small contribution as I rediscover my beautiful country in a wheelchair.

The Hermon site

Mount Hermon is Israel’s highest mountain, standing 2,814 meters above sea level. It offers glorious views of Israel and neighboring Lebanon and Syria, but for a wheelchair user, views are all it offers.
